Qualifications & Experience
- B Degree @ NQF Level 7 or equivalent.
- Relevant 3 year minimum experience in claims handling.
- Exposure to the litigation environment.

Key Performance Areas
- Conduct Preliminary assessment of litigated files.
- Instruct panel attorney on appointment of relevant experts.
- Actively manage and control the litigation process to ensure early settlement.
- Report on trial out comes and out of court settlements.
